Open Enrollment Request for Applications
To Provide:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Services (CBT) for Adults and Children
Psychiatric Pharmacological Services for Adults and Children
Camino Real Community Services (CRCS) is the Department of State Health Services designated mental health Authority established to plan, coordinate, develop policy, develop and allocate resources, supervise, and ensure the provision of community based mental health services for the residents of Atascosa, Dimmit, Frio, Karnes, LaSalle, McMullen, Maverick, Wilson and Zavala Counties, Texas.
CRCS is seeking applications for the provision of pharmacological management and/or counseling (cognitive behavioral therapy) services for identified individuals with mental illness who seek services at the Local Authority. The services requested shall be performed for consumers in Maverick, Dimmit, and Zavala Counties. The Network Agreement (contract) shall be for an initial term of 1 year with the option to renew annually.
The open enrollment period is continuous until the Local MHA has received enough qualified applications to meet the percentage of service capacity stated in the Request for Application (RFA). Copies of the application may be obtained via the internet at Open Enrollment Request for Application (RFA); by written request or faxed request. Requests for a copy may be sent to P.O.
